Commander Legends Budget Flyers and Elves Gameplay

We are building budget commander decks for new players. These two decks are for a pair of new players that we got to know and designed the decks around their personalities. We tested the decks in this gameplay to make sure they were well balanced. We will have a future set of videos that show everything we put in these decks and the final cost.
